Faculty Endowments
Faculty endowments, either professorships or chairs, are typically named in honor of the donor or a designee of that benefactor. These gifts provide an ongoing legacy of support from the income generated annually from each gift, which is invested by the university. Such endowments support the research and educational projects of faculty and are vital to maintaining programs of excellence.
